Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any cancellation of participation, housing or tour package chosen have to be within 72 hours of booking and at least 21 days prior to the conference.

Cancellation and re- reservation of the same/ similar housing is conditional. Cardiological Society of India, Kerala chapter is not responsible for providing alternative accommodation for delegates at short notice.

Refunds against the cancellations shall be disbursed after due diligence as decided by the Cardiological Society of India, Kerala chapter. Cancellations with just 72 hrs or less prior to the conference will not be refunded.
